AI Character Concept & Asset Pack

PWPlay developed an AI-assisted visual concept for a fantasy game character and the world around her. The exploration covered the heroine, her magical companion, props, environments, story moments, and a coherent direction for future game assets.

Generative image tools were used as part of the concept workflow, followed by art direction, selection, composition, and refinement to keep the visual language consistent. The result is a concept pack for pitching and pre-production – not a set of production-ready 3D models.
