PWPlay created an AI-assisted character roster for an early-stage fantasy game concept. The work explores five distinct archetypes, their elemental identities, costume language, poses, expressions, and possible relationships in gameplay scenes.

Generative image workflows supported rapid visual exploration, followed by art direction, prompt development, curation, composition, and consistency work across the pack. These images are concept and pre-production references – not sculpted, rigged, or production-ready 3D game models.
