Lead Frontend Developer (On-Side, Warsaw)
Are you a skilled Frontend Developer with a passion for crafting seamless user experiences? We’re looking for a creative and experienced developer to take charge of our frontend development and help shape the future of our platform. As a key player on our Product team, you’ll have a direct impact on both design and functionality, working with a talented group of developers and designers to bring our vision to life.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and build intuitive, visually appealing, and responsive user interfaces that enhance the user experience.
- Deliver clean, efficient, and maintainable code on time, ensuring high quality at every step.
- Collaborate with the backend team, product managers, QA, and other departments to transform business requirements into engaging, user-centric designs.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and detailed mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
- Develop and maintain reusable components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Vue.js to streamline the development process.
- Ensure seamless cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness for all UI elements.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to continuously refine and improve the platform.
- Optimize performance to ensure fast load times and smooth, responsive interactions across devices.
- Mentor junior frontend developers through code reviews, providing constructive feedback and fostering a culture of best coding practices.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, incorporating the latest in frontend development to keep our platform innovative.
What You Bring:
- Strong experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, with expertise in Vue.js and Inertia.js.
- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles and tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and working with databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Proficient with version control using Git and IDEs like VS Code or WebStorm.
- Working knowledge of project management tools like JIRA, Asana, YouTrack, or Confluence.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and its application in frontend development.
- Knowledge of SEO principles and how to optimize for web performance.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, ensuring smooth, iterative development.
- Bonus: Experience with React or Angular frameworks.
- Extra Bonus: Knowledge of Laravel for backend integration is a big plus.
